Shipping Methods:
For standard shipping, we use YunExpress and USPS with an estimated transit time of 7-14 days.
For international orders, we use YunExpress and EMS with an estimated transit time of 8-16 days.
Nüwa Hanfu shall not be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
Potential processing and shipping delays may occur due to public holidays, peak periods, adverse weather conditions, flight availability, processing facility staff shortages, and temporary closures.
While we strive to provide efficient shipping services, there will be no refunds for delays unless the order is deemed lost in transit following a formal investigation.
If your order is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, please double-check that the submitted shipping address is correct and contact your local postal service.
Please note we can no longer lodge order investigations for orders older than 2 weeks past your suggested delivery date.
Your shopping experience at panda Hanfu means a lot to us, however returns and refunds will be reviewed case by case.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with the subject line "Returning Order #__" within 7 days when you get your package.
To be eligible for returns and refunds, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.
Please attach photos of the item in its packaging along with your order number. Optionally, notes about what was wrong with the product.
Customers are responsible for the return label fee from your residence to our warehouse.
Customers are also responsible for the original overseas shipping cost and original warehouse handling fees which will be included in the return label fee.
Refunds take 3-5 business days to process and will return to the original payment form used.
No return, refunds, or exchanges for clearance items.

We do not accept exchanges for incorrect sizings, incorrect colors, etc.
Please note that Chinese sizings are smaller than US sizes, please read individual product sizing charts carefully to ensure correct fit.

Damaged products are valid for exchanges. Other severe reasons will be investigated individually.
To exchange a damaged item, please contact us at pandahanfu@outlook.com along with photos of the item and your order number.
Please pay more attention to sizing charts, all the clothes on our website are NOT standard sizes, Chinese sizes are typically smaller than US sizes. It is recommended to size up if you are still unsure.
Order modification is not available, please cancel your order by contacting us, then place a new order.
Please contact us with 48 hours along with your order number to change your address.
Please kindly understand that updating the shipping address in your personal account won't affect the shipping address in your processing orders, you will still have to notify us.
We are unable to change addresses after orders have been shipped.
Certain items have a construction period.
Construction period denotes a period of time where the individual brand sews the garments you ordered.
Periods may vary, it is recommended to check product descriptions carefully for individual construction period information.
Panda Hanfu specializes in curating authentic traditional clothing from independent brands (no cheap fast fashion hanfu here!) These brands create hanfu in small batches to assure quality.
Items with construction period will not be shipped until all product(s) in your order are ready.
Items with construction period will be shipped with standard shipping methods using YunExpress and USPS, with an estimated transit time of 7-14 days.
If you need hanfu immediately, Nüwa Hanfu may not be the shop for you.

If you contact us within 24 hours with the subject line "Canceling Order #__", we will be happy to cancel the order for you.
If it is past 24 hours after placing the order, you will not be able to cancel orders.
Payment will be refunded to original payment form in 3-5 business days.
